That's just it, Management continue to mistreat employees and members of the board know it, owners know it and employees are afraid to speak up. And what is really sad is that you write to your Congressman or Senator and their aides know these people in management and side with them.

Just started a new job and never took meeting minutes in life , apparently I will have to do this a lot. I am actually terrified about this. The advice at the end really encouraged me to just face it. Thank you.

Yesterday, on my first day on the job, I had to sit in on a two and a half hour meeting and take notes on it. Never done anything like this before. I never saw the agenda.
